Grinat AI stores your account, workspace membership, business details, assistant settings, knowledge, and uploaded files in Supabase. Sign-in uses Supabase Auth through Google or email links.
We store customer messages, browser test transcripts, captured contact details, enquiry and handoff records, delivery status, and usage events so your team can manage conversations and monitor its assistants. Workspace members and authorized administrators can access the records needed for their roles.
Uploaded files are private. Authorized users can preview them through short-lived links. Files you approve for customer sharing may be sent to customers through WhatsApp. Only add material you are permitted to use and share.
Relevant business information and conversation content are processed by xAI to generate responses. WhatsApp messages and shared documents are processed by Meta. Cloudflare runs application services, queues, and the voice relay. These providers also process information under their own privacy terms.
Browser voice audio is streamed through Cloudflare to xAI in real time. Grinat does not retain raw audio recordings. Voice transcripts and session usage are stored. Your browser asks for microphone permission before a voice test starts.
Business connection credentials are encrypted on the server. They are not exposed to workspace members or included in assistant prompts. Administrators record partner approvals, agreements, earnings, and externally completed payouts with an audit trail.
Referral links use a signed cookie lasting up to 30 days to attribute a new account to its first valid referral. Referral attribution does not grant the partner access to the referred customer’s workspace.
Deleting an assistant stops its activity and removes it from the active list; existing conversations are retained for your team’s records. Contact the Grinat team through your support contact for account, transcript, or file access and deletion requests.
